2nd Chance Apartment is a Texas apartment locating service. We help people find apartments that may work with credit challenges, prior evictions, broken leases, misdemeanors, income requirements, and other rental history concerns.

Our service is free for clients. Clients do not pay 2nd Chance Apartment directly. Application fees, deposits, and other move-in costs are paid directly to the apartment community.

We do not guarantee approval. Each apartment community sets its own screening rules, availability, pricing, deposits, application requirements, and lease terms.
