Our services are 100% free. We don’t charge or collect any fees at all. Our service is completely free. We don’t even have a merchant account to collect money from individuals.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any relationships with owners of single-family and duplex homes.
We believe that no one can explain your situation to anyone better than yourself. Also, because of staff limitations, we may slow down your search process.
All of our apartments listed have been identified as properties that will consider people with background issues. Please be advised we highly discourage calling properties and asking “Are you a second chance apartment.”
We update our list monthly, but unfortunately, apartments for people with background issues are limited. Please feel free to visit any apartment of your choice and use the tips we have given you to see if they may approve of you. You may also request a custom apartment list as well.
